Doug Nunn has been performing and coaching improvisational theatre since 1987, having worked across Europe and the western USA with businesses, schools, and theatre groups. He has taught and coached businessmen, computer programmers, union reps, actors, and difficult students. He has a lifetime of experience working across cultural divides--having served as Artistic Director of Theatresports UK in Britain, improv coach in Holland, and in Germany and Switzerland, where he works with theatre and school groups in their native tongue.   Doug has also worked as a Drama teacher throughout Northern California with a variety of theatre and school groups. He has taught high school History, English, and German to students across the spectrum--from Advanced Placement students, to at risk kids, to emotionally disturbed children.

Doug Nunn is also an improviser, theater producer, and actor/writer who has recently branched out into video and animations. He designs homemade baseball, football and Christmas cards as well. Nunn is a long time member of Hit and Run Theater and was one half of comedy team Burns and Nunn from 1985-92. He has worked extensively in comedy and improvisation in the US, Britain, Germany as well as Holland and Denmark. As a writer, Nunn has published Show-Ab: A Handbook for Teen Theater, won an award for his cartoon script Copzilla at the World Animation Festival in 1997, and had his play Mission Accomplished produced by the SF Mime Troupe in the spring of 2006.
